3D Raman imaging of polysilicon

　The figure above is 3D Raman image of polysilicon. This image can be obtained by superimposing Raman image on surface profiling image which can be measured by confocal reflection microscopy mounted on RAMANplus. This function enables us to measure the precise 3D profile of the sample surface giving you the exact and vital location for Raman measurement.
